Clovers Add Jacob Norris as Assistant Coach for 2026

The Clayton Clovers have added Jacob Norris as an assistant coach for the 2026 season.

A native of Four Oaks, North Carolina, Norris brings four years of collegiate playing experience to the Clovers. He is a graduate of South Johnston High School and went on to play three seasons at Lenoir Community College, where he was recognized as the Region 10 Defensive Player of the Year. He later continued his career at William Peace University.

Norris currently serves as the Head JV Baseball Coach at Smithfield Selma High School, where he has continued to develop young talent and build a strong foundation for players at the next level.

The Clovers are excited to welcome Norris to the staff and look forward to the impact he will bring this summer.
