Happy New Year! As our 2024 Roster Rollout continues, the Clovers have 16 returning players to the field this summer. 4 players will be returning for their 3rd season in Clayton while we will have 12 guys back for year 2. Our 16 returners combined with our 19 newcomers make for another tremendous season on the field for Clover Nation!! 2024 brings a lot of change to the Clayton Clovers and you won't want to miss out on what 2024 has to offer!

2024 Returning Clovers:

Jack Starke, the switch hitting centerfielder, returns for his 3rd season in Clayton. Jack started in CF in the 2022 Championship game for the Clovers and was responsible for the best defensive play we saw at East Clayton Community Park in 2023!

Catchers Alex Levesque and Luke Bowen will be back home this summer. Both Clayton natives carried the load last season, Levesque played in 29 games while Bowen notched 25 games played. Bowen is back for his 3rd season in Clayton and was apart of the Carolina Collegiate Championship run in 2022. 

On the mound the Clovers are bringing back a lot! The 11 pitchers returning combined for 249 out of 408 innings and started 29 of our 48 games. Colbie Howell and Elijah Pittman will both return to the Clovers for their 3rd season. Brandon Humphreys, Jaren Woodcock, Matthew Chisum, Roy Tayman, Ryan Tayman, Seth Bullock, Tanner Hunley, Matthew Hall & ONSL All-Star Will Leonard are all set to join the Clovers for the second season.

For the infield, Davie Morgan and Will Orr make the return to Clayton! Davie is no stranger to any Clover fan. The All-Time leader in nearly every single statistical category for the Clovers and our Captain will play his final season and cross the 100 games played mark with the Clovers following his senior year at NC Wesleyan. Will Orr, the late add before the 2023 Postseason, was the catalyst to the 2023 Runner Up finish. The duo combined for 9 hits and 6 RBI's in the ONSL Postseason in 2023.
